yea, me too. how much salt can a person take? there has been so much scare tactic surrounding salt. is there a way to tell you have reached saturation? is there a procedure for when you have taken too much?

thanks lapis. i want to have this at the ready, but i am going to try and repeat this next week. if those were a bunch of dried pin worms on my shoulders, then gross! i chewed on some!!!!! but i would think they would not be tough like cotton, do you?
