Hi, I was wondering if y'all could help me figure out how to take the Iodoral??? I just purchased a bottle today and have been reading online about the additional supplements that are needed and I'm starting to get confused....

Besides the Magnesium, Selenium and vitamin C....do I need to be taking a b complex as well? Also, the Celtic salt, is that a daily thing that I am to drink or add to my foods? Or is that only during a detox?

I have PCOS and I am losing my hair and I am really scared about the detox because I read somewhere about people losing A LOT of their hair and I can't afford to lose anymore....I am going to be starting with half a pill and work my way up to the 12.5 and then see how I am before increasing again....any help or advice is so appreciated!!!!
