Info I found informative. Very technical / informational– Dr to Drs about celiac & gluten-free. If I understand correctly, one who is sensitive can NEVER EVER think they can have a hint of gluten, thanks to our “memory cells”. Yet the video says we must heal the damage in the gut. So much for the thought of an occasional donut… Yet after 9 months (did not take any supplements mentioned in video), I can tolerate granola one day a week, breaded chicken or fish without Arthritis pain. But that is my gluten sensitive experience.
