Hey Laredo I am so glad you got your life back. I am doing tons better after detoxing copper for the last two years and feel I am on the edge of completing my healing. I got married in Oct. and survived the wedding stress without a hitch. I am glad you mentioned hiking because that is my goal for later this year.

It's great hearing from you and I am glad your posting about your experience so others can understand what might help them and that they can get over AF.
