Ok Ginagirl might be right, maybe ascorbic acid just is also vitamin c , i checked some opinions using google and there seems to be a lot opinions that support both theorys, so i am not going to take any side , but maybe i will try to take something with ascorbic acid that is all natural...like tiny amount of camu camu powder...that way i have both.
