Hi all,
I am 13 months post removal and having the one of the worst times ever. Have been with insomnia for the past 5 weeks. Im talking horrible debilitating insomnia where you take an Ambien every night and still wake up tired and unrested. Went to the dr and he said I was depressed and gave me a prescription for Paxil.I am terrified about ant-depressant as i feel they will only mask the symptoms and nothing will be addressed. I took Vitex for 3 months then found out that it your body doesnt need it you can end up with side effects, like insomnia, Acne on the chin and depression. I am losing the battle ladies, I feel that i have been fighting too long.
What can i do that i have not tried? i know I have hormone imbalance. i still have no sex drive, hair loss, abnormal hair growth in back of my nape, and the worse symptom insomnia. I honestly can say that im stii around only because of my family, i love them so much and they need their mommy.
Please help with any advice, desperate mom
