Hi, wanted to know how you dealt with the insomnia. I have been dealing with it for 5 weeks. Really bad insomnia, need to take a sleeping pill for it 5mg of Ambien. Went to the dr and he prescribed Paxil because he says im depressed. Been Mirena free for almost 13 months. Insomnia comes and goes throughout. Mostly around mensrtuation. Was doing pretty good in the last three months prior to this between mid January and mid April. I also took the herbal supplement vitex, for this period too. I think it was a bad idea as later found out it can cause Depression and insomnia for those that don't need it. I think im losing the battle my body cannot take it anymore. Please help me with any advice. I feel like i am dyeing with a slow and agonizing death.
