I need advice of you guys. Short story: i have candida. Tried everything and nothing works, learned about urine therapy and bam.. It works!! Die off almost unbearable and 2 to 3 months of non stopping expel candida in my bm. Okay, now i want to reduce my dosage because i want to take a break of die offs and i think i kill candida a lot, almost cured.. So i am thinking of a mainance dosage.. I was drinking 2 to 3 litros per day.. Do you think i can prevent yeast just with a maintanance dosage? I have to conclude my phd now and i cant stand this huge amount of urine, i a thinking of reduce my dosage until i have vacation to finalize everything with a high dosage again.. Any advice?
