Thanks Ginagirl, I'll go ahead and mix the C and MSM in water along with drops of Lugol's.

And thanks for weighing in BioDude, but considering all the successes using the "synthetic" vitamin C as in the research of Linus Pauling, I'm not going to worry that I'm not taking the right stuff.
