I did switch the toothpaste and mouthwash .. but both of those were months ago .. the only thing recent were the added vitamins .. just wasnt sure if it was a combination of htings ... Im still scared that it will come back because I had it for so many years and now all of a sudden my lips are almost all healed .. its just very strange. I havent heard of spontaneous healing with EC as someone else mentioned ... so maybe it has nothing to do with the vitamins and Im just suddenly healing.
