I wear a zapper sometimes, mostly at night when laying down, And also use a rife machine when I can. Bee venom therapy helps a lot! There are a number of supplements I take.

These "braided" or rope like samples I have found on the shower floor when finished. I always check before and after... Borax added to shampoo seems to pull them from the skin/scalp. Also found some in globs that paste cleared from the skin.
