Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have abdominal cramping every day, and have for at least 3 months. My liver was enlarged and now has relaxed to an almost normal feel. I have been diagnosed with H. pylori, which also causes cramps. I am working on that by drinking lots of alkaline water, (vinegar, baking soda, food grade hydrogen peroxide drops.

I have had those 'skins', thick and leathery daily for 3 months. I also have seen little particles of blood-like sections. Today is the first time I don't see the skins.

I took Wormwood , Black-Walnut hull and cloves for 45 days. I stopped and took crushed, fresh garlic. Now, I am back on the clove mixture for a week and then back to the garlic.

I do coffee enemas where I also have found 'skins'. I have done 2 liver flushes.
