I am very sorry to read of your experiences and such abuses and torture are NOT uncommon against children. Children are the easiest of all targets because they simply do not have a voice. The dynamics involved of sexua| abuse and traumatization are so intricate that it requires the help of a trained professional who specializes in trauma recovery to sort out.
Did you engage in individual counseling therapy, yourself? I would strongly urge you to consider it as a personal mandate, rather than an option. Such experiences can distort an individuals core beliefs for the rest of their lives without strong guidance in recovery.
As for your sister, there is nothing that you can do to help her, especially if she is of legal age. Sure, you could file suit against your family members for the trauma and, possibly, file criminal charges, as well. I won't advocate doing this or NOT doing it - it would have to be a very personal decision. But, filing criminal charges or a civil suit may be helpful to your sister to (at least) acknowledge what was done to her, and it may NOT - there's no way to predict this.
So, bottom line is that you only have power and control over your own choices and actions. You cannot "save" your sister, and you cannot save her unborn child from what he/she will likely experience. But, you DO have the power to recovery your own "Self." "Self" is what makes you unique in this vast Universe - your soul, if you believe in the existence of such.
Again, I would strongly urge you to consider reaching out to a qualified professional so that you can break out of that role of "victim" into a healthy Survivor.
My very best wishes to you
