Hi Onwards,

I like your perspective and appreciate your response.

I am curious to see how the TEI approach works for others, I hope that it works. :)

Like Onesday I am lucky to have found a practitioner through ARL who works with me to take things really slow, I think this helps with the fast aggressive approach ARL can become if you don't listen to your body. I also chose to cut out some things ARL recommends as I think it would be too stressful on my body... i.e. coffee enemas, sauna therapy and am continuing to stick with the paleo diet as it seems to work great for me.

I may reach out to Rick with TEI when I complete a retest in the next few weeks and get a second opinion and protocol from him and chose which way to go down. I am at this point in time okay with ARl so we will see.

One main thing I would be interested to see is if people detox a lot through TEI, that seems to be the main thing that happens in ARL, you get more energy and then your body detoxes again... it makes me wonder how long this goes for until you are all done. These detoxes can feel quite agressive and stressful on the body and I would be curious to see if you get any sort of detox through TEI or if it is so gentle that you dont?

I also wonder if it is best to stay on ARL to get some of the detox done before you go on a slow gentle protocol like TEI, otherwise won't someone just be storing all of the toxins because the approach is too gentle to rid of? I wonder...

:)
