Is this your first round of prazi and what dosage are you doing? I am almost confident that those wandering ones are gone or nearly gone for me... I have not felt one venture up for at least 3 nights now.

I'm not sure if I told you but I did 2 proper rounds of prazi. Why I say proper, is because some time before that I did some low dosage before I knew what the therapeautic programs were. The first proper round was 3 days at 75 mg's per kilogram x 3 times (but missed the last dose as ran out of prazi). I used a high dosage because I knew the flukes had migrated up my body.. it was hard going.. was in bed most of the time, it was hard - terrible headaches which are a sign of die off... did a low volume coffee enema to help with toxin release... worked well. I think after that I used the egaten as well.. expensive, but when you have a problem like this, you do what you can. Lots of fluke in the toilet after this duel treatment..

Second proper round of prazi I did about 2 weeks later - this time a modest dose of approx 25 mg per kilogram x 3 times per day for a longer period = 6 days followed by two days of albendazole 400 mgs a.m. and p.m. - just completed.

I still feel a longish worm hanging around the base of my neck. It doesn't feel like a fluke... I'm not sure what it is.. possibly ascaris.

I have never tried levamisole. Do you have a dosage program for it? I'd really be interested to know.
