Sorry, wasn't replying to you, was replying to the post by JAB saying that all unsaturated fats are toxic, this is not the case, but certainly some people can have bad reactions to these and will do okay on butter and coconut oil, so maybe to these people unsat. fats become toxic, but to make the generalization of saying all unsaturated fats are toxic is not correct.
