Hi Danny,

Thanks for your message. I didn't have any mental issues during my journey with CF. I did however feel that when I was heavily constipated I felt irritable and I know that I was 'snappy' and short with those around me. Quite logical I guess considering the amount of toxins running through the system when you are constipated. The use of the LBB changed all of this for the better.

I just thought of something else which you might find interesting to watch. The below documentary is great at highlighting the effects of a compromised bowel flora in the colon.

You might find this interesting as it touches on the correlation between mental/emotional wellness and gut flora.
