2 days ago she at the OBGYN, she measured 2 cm dilated. This morning at 4 am she started getting stronger and closer contractions. Took her to the hospital and measured her cervix at Triage, which came in at 8.5 cm. They ramped up until 8 or so this morning and as soon as she got to Triage, she was ready to get the baby out. Started pushing and less than 10 minutes later, baby was out.

So about 4 hours. :)
