Hi Onwards, I apologize for the delay I wanted to get my latest results before I replied.

Ca/K ratio is 4.25, but was 16 on my last test three months ago. I'm still in a four lows pattern but only need to take 2-1-2 paramin, which I'm happy about. The 3-3-4 seemed to be too much for me.
