Re- diet aloe Vera is always constipating me.
The same with psyllium. In my case its polysacharides are either undigested and thus feeding the bug either feeding the bug directly ie bacteria not only candida. I would be more careful with the supps I take.

Are your Probiotics kosher I mean no Sugar FOS GOS rice starch...? Maybe they are to strong for you...are you taking enzymes?Are you eating diary...
