Hi Peggy~

Yes, I am very thankful to have found this sight as well and you also. You have been the guiding light that I needed. It is very trying when you're fighting something on your own, or so it feels. The biggest battle has been 'what am I fighting?' So, I am very grateful for you. I am getting everything known to be a hormone disruptor out of my home, plus I'm going to use distilled water with lemon. a) to be rid of the fluoride and b) to help flush my lymph system.

I do want to make a correction to my last post. ICU does not recommend psyllium, but rather eathing high fiber foods. :)

You're the best. I'm looking forward to pursuing the journey now that you have given me some direction. Yay! I'm excited...:)
