My college friend who suc***ed me into this had type 2 diabetes. Did 15 days, and since his blood Sugar has naturally been under control. Is he cured? Too soon to tell, but the results were positive. So, a month later, I am on the bandwagon.

For 10 days, I can only guarantee 4 things if you do not cheat.

1) You will be hungry.
2) You will stink.
3) You will lose weight.
4) At some point, water will not satisfy you.

The rest is up to your body, to be honest. And everyBODY is different.
