My first thought is your story certainly proves to others proactive living is indeed the most prudent rule.

When taking Antibiotics you have to take heavy duty probiotics, it is absolutely necessary in order to keep your gut from being over run.

Secondly, everything in moderation. When you over do anything, and tuna fish is one - expect consequences.

You have not only brought to light your remedies but what not to do as well; both of which shall help many be well.
