I live in the center of Wyoming. When "crank", called as such because the California biker gangs would truck it in to Sturgis SD in the 70's and 80's in the crank shafts of their bikes, started it's rise, my town was an optimal place for cental distribution to CO, MT, and other outlying areas. Of course, coke ran the day, and "glass" didn't really carry a lot of weight. Then the bathtubs got fired up as the energy boom died out and, well, as the drug took hold of the weak. Anyway, my former boom, then ghost, now boom again town, was THE meth capital of the world for many years. We had veteran tweekers when NOBODY had even heard of the stuff. NO reason to boast of course, but meth IS the whte man's crack. Poor bastards don't even see that it was made to accomplish the SAME missson. What can you do?? White people figure that their ticket is punched for the most part, no way that they could be a target eh??
