Just one other question, on reading about SBF it says it's also for fast oxidizers. I'm slow oxdizer apparently (though i have my doubts), are you a fast oxidizer or slow? and if you are slow oxidizer, did you find it an issue?

It's kinda strange that ARL would recommend SBF for slow oxidizers, if only for the potassium content, I mean why didn't they just offer a separate potassium supplement like they do with Magnesium..maybe it's not such a big deal for slow oxidizers after all, probably more important to have that potassium!
