My son's allergies completely went away when I finally convinced him to give up all dairy, "just to see." He hated to give up cheese, but agreed to give it a try for two weeks. After the first week he was convinced.

Another benefit is that his skin cleared up. He wasn't too happy to find out mom was right, and he really hated giving up milk and cheese, but he says he'd rather do that than be blowing his nose all day long.

When my granddaughter was born we kept her for the first two years and raised her on good organic food and no processed dairy. After her mom had her back for a couple of months she told me one day the pediatrician said she had asthma. After I got done yelling we took her back again and within two weeks we had "cured" her of all asthma. A child will be strong and healthy on REAL food, but put them on a crap diet with processed dairy and you're just asking for health problems.
