Wow, incredible! and totally makes sense and I it also puts me at ease to know someone else had the exact same symptoms and got through it. I was really worried all day as all of these symptoms are still here from saturday.

Do you recall doing anything to help... eating anything or drinking more water?

Like you said, I am definitely going to continue to give my body a rest until I am better.
