Thanks very much everyone! I've seen references to MTHFR somewhere so will raise this with the doc and am still looking at adrenal stuff. I take probiotics, slippery elm, zinc carnosine and glutamine for gut healing but something's still not right. I'll have a look at the methylation stuff and see if I can understand it!

I have seen posts on here in the past from HV and always found them incredibly informative. It was actually HV who put me on to looking at stomach acid etc.
