Thanks, Smoothmann.  I have stopped all sodas and milk for a while now.  Unfortunately, I cannot get them to stop eating cheese & pizza.  The kids do prefer veggies to meat, though, and eat a lot of fruits which is a good thing. 

You are right--the mind is a powerful thing.  I used to have my daughter think of a nice place when she had trouble breathing and her asthma would go away, but she got hooked on albuterol since it was a quick relief.  I started her on salt water a while ago and she does not use her inhaler that often anymore.  My son tried the salt water for a couple of days, but does not like it that much so I need to find a different method for him.  I gave him limeade today to cleanse his system--he had at least 6 BMs, but I'm not sure if this is the way to go. 

I had my daughter get adjusted by a chiropractor once, but it did not seem to help.  I'm not sure if further treatment would have made a difference, but she did not seem to like it so I did not push it further.  I will look into the air restore.
