Hi Rotor

Having a hard tim digesting fats points to a potassium deficiency, the gallbladder needs potassium to squirt out the bile, no bile no fat digestion.

I was in the same place as you and taking 6 gb3 a day but 2 weeks after starting sbf formula i had to drop down to 2 gb3 a day as my body started making its own bile again.
