thanks all for the input...i have not actually done any type of cleansing except a Colon Cleanse once a year which i know is not enough, i have read on parasite/liver/kidney/cleanses...but i am extremely nervous to take this plunge as i do not have the dedicated time to do the cleanses...i would like to as i know that is what i need but with having the wheatgrass seeds available that has been in storage for 2yrs i figure a fast on it would do me good...i do plan to do the Colon Cleanse along with the fast...

i would like to know i guess put it into perspective for me how intense (strong) fasting on wheatgrass is?

what is the worse cleansing affect from wheatgrass...
