Best of luck! So interesting how they recommend different protocols, I never really liked the recommendations that came in my ARL book either.

Yes, copper is an interesting mineral. They add it to pools to kill fungus, yet I was toxic andd had serious candida issues. You may be sick of hearing about it, but for those of us who have copper issues it is a life changing issue. It seems that too much or too little is problematic, please let us know your experience taking it in supplement form.
