how can i get a virus out and keep it out? i know that i can get parasites with herbs, i take clarkia- but how can i get rid of shingles, a virus that lies dormant on the nerve root, with herbs? which herbs should i be taking? i'm open to ANYTHING. and what about pain? what herbs help with pain?

and coEnzyme Q10- i took the gelcaps i got from puritan, 300 mg (i read somewhere that was the correct dosage for shingles), but no response at all.
