That's my thinking exactly, I was thinking that I had an estrogen deficiency not progesterone.

I have decided I am not going to risk all the hard work I have done over the last 3 months, I have a blood test on 21st, I will have this and hope it gives a better idea as to what my body needs, instead of guessing.

Thank you for your reply! It's so temping to try things that could be a quick fix, but without being backed up it could make you worse! I don't think it's worth the risk, as I have come so far since having the Mirena out.
