Before any Iodine supplementation: ~96.8 - 97.2 F

7 months in, and as of lately: waking: 99.0 - 99.2 : before bed: 98.2-98.6

Before iodine, my heart rate was very fast, could never gain a pound, had terrible night sweats all the time and very low BP

On iodine, heart rate is still considered fast, but has drop about 5-10 beats a minute on average. Still cannot gain weight, night sweats are now gone and BP has went up to a more acceptable level.

How I felt also reminded me of how I was when I drank a lot of Mt. Dew. I was extremely irritable and felt like snapping at everything. One day very emotionally gone, sad, depressed, yet then switched back to angry the very next. Maybe the gram doses stirred up more bromide and the sudden stop/break, kept it inside me instead of me instead getting it out. I did continue drinking the salt water on the days off.
