Yeah, I should have ordered from Amazon, like I usually do, but I didn't have $25 and this was only $10 with free shipping. I will just take this as 2%, because it definitely isn't 5%.

I put in a message to the seller, and I'm waiting to hear back, but I read a feedback that said the same thing -- way too light to be 5%.
