I have similar exp with EBV virus the flu like might be something like that although detox can do the same. For me vitC helps a lot no matter if flu or virus...

Great initiative with "cleaning" old stuff. To maximize the results im leaving my cleaned space for 3 days immediately after cleanse. When I'm back it's like a new home.

Another thing is weekly decluttering - since last year I've "lost" bags of stuff. And relationships and old ideas. I usually combine this with reading an easy "airy" book that helps me think clearly freely...for example Wayne dyer everyday wisdom - one idea per page but I simplifying including this one :) make a lot of correction on the book.

As yourself I still have to work on emotional issues but I've noticed that when adrenals are ok my emotions are ok except detox time :).
Losing dear friends is always challenging...
