Thinking more about your problem.

The only thing that comes to mind now is massaging your stomach clockwise, starting from your belly button, and making bigger circles, plus what you already did - hot water and jumping.

I hope you're doing better.

If you can try olive oil on a Qtip, and put it where you would the enema. This will "wake up" your colon.
