trust your instinct and what your body is telling you
if you take a break too soon or take a break too long
they will have an opportunity to recolonize
it won't hurt to keep going after them if you think that is what you need to do
you will know when it's time to take a break
i usually keep cleansing until the detoxing is more than i can bear
and start cleansing again at the first indication that they are coming back,
long before they have time to make me sick again
