I'm not sure, but if these are in your tongue and under the chin, and along the skeletal muscles (spine, shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, feet - they really get everywhere in the body - then it's very likely trichinella
but even if it's something else, it's better to start treating it as soon as possible, both orally and topically is best based on my own experience
you can also ingest coconut oil, that helps too
