Yeah, the bowels are holding water...but also toxins. I would try to get them moving, but a dry fast sounds crazy. first, it will take all the water in your colon...so the mass will be harder to move. second, you are already pushing your body hard with this water fast. by depriving it of water for 2 days, you are damaging your body.
