from my research, shrooms are supposed to be seratonergic. cant recall details but remember a study or two about seratonnin pathway increases trigger either neuroplasticity or genesis. dunno why one without the other so i would actually expect both..

seratonnin's where its at.. best neurotransmitter ever:)

still wouldnt do without 5-http or tryptophan though, or even both really. any strong seratonergics over time will deplete ur stores of them, unless ur diet and digestions perfect.

i just get tryptophan powder here, pharma grade, U.S.(as opposed to china:) manufactured, and 150g last me like 3-4 months..
