I'm pretty sure my now 2 weeks long bout of flu / sinus infection is nothing more than detox / die-off from the first 2 weeks of a Clarkia parasite cleanse (I'm 4 days into the third week, which is a "rest" week, and starting to recover). I've got some spirulina -- we'll see if it helps.

Also, I've finally eliminated 90+% of the refined sugar from my diet, which is raising heck with the candida, or so it seems.

When it first seemed like I was catching a flu bug I was REALLY disappointed.
