i will be doing my first FAST of any kind and i think i am going to start out doing the wheatgrass juice fasting...anyone would like to join in next saturday 5/18...i am prepping my wheatgrass so that it will be ready and i will do a 3day since i have no idea as to how my body will respond..also will be doing my 7day bowel cleansing...GOD help me...lol...would be great to have the support and advice from the experts...will update on my cleanse
