Great update!

Diet is important, but even on the best of diets I became hypo T. Problem today is that we dont get enough from food, so a combination of a good diet and some supplement like iodine, and you are good to go.

Seeing a bigger picture of oneself that South Londoner have done all from the start, thats a big hands up IMO!
