I know nothing of benzos/xanax. If u can share your age?
I can tell you what I did. I had AF, but undiagn @ the time.
I was CLEARLY estr dom. I bought a tube of ProGest, $26(Swanson or Vitacost). It's bio-id, no worries. Optimize your d3. Every day, rub pea-size inside each thigh, each inner arm or wrist. Use temples too(brain needs it). I felt better in 5 days, great in 5 mos. Take breaks, progress not perfection. Rub 3 wks, off 5-7 days, etc.
I now treat AF with ayurveda, continue ProGest. Best thing I learned from going to a spendy bio-id clinic: that I have AF. Starting there, you won't aggravate anything else & begin opposing the dominance b4 everything goes haywire.
