So glad this is working for you but if I ate mouldy cheese or any cheese I would be in bed a week ill. Just dont tolerate half the stuff that is suggested on here.....kefir, sauerkraut ...all that fermented stuff, I react soooo badly to yeast ! All different I guess and what works for one doesnt for another.
