Hi. Today I started my 42 days water fasting. I fast like this every other year. I need this year extra motivación, because I feel a bit depressed and very fat. My ñame is Inma and I am 41 yo. I need to lose 60 pounds to be in my healthy and ideal weight. I hope i will lose at least 40 pounds.
If you want we can do it toguether.
