I'm glad you're a lot better, but we have difference of opinions of what is the right path for most people and we are both free to express them, but being attacked for expressing my opinion is going to make me fight back, especially since the mods are definitely against me because my advice doesn't make this site a lot of ad revenue if you know what I mean. ;)
If people go down a certain path to try to get well and it's not working for them, at some point it's people's obligation to try to stir them in another direction that has some promise and hope. Just as you preach what go you well, I preach what got me over most of my conditions and what's getting me through my remaining one.
I believe juice fasting works for some people because it eliminates all the bad food they were eating, as in my case with too much meat. People don't juice animal products. People who were not under-eating or under-weight could logically go longer on juice fasts, leading to lots of benefits because they are going that much longer without eating the bad foods that were poisoning them.
I only tell people who I think their problems are do to calorie-restriction to eat a sufficient amount of good calories. For example, an Anorexic's symptoms are not due to candida or parasites. If I think their problems are do to eating too much empty calorie foods, I'll tell them to cut those foods out, but be sure not to under-eat on good foods.
People are conditioned to reach for a supplement first or go get a prescription instead of making sure it's not their diet. That's the sad world of convenience we live in.
