I have almost finished to build a device which produces an electric signal with up to 45VDC (you can adjust the output voltage from 9V to 45V), square waveform, 50% duty cycle, and runs the frequencies mentionned by Hulda Clark . But i don't know if it produces die off, i have not tried it yet.

I will post my results in a few weeks.
